Where do you deliver to?


How much does shipping cost?

Free to the United States of America and Australia. We charge a flat rate of $4.95 to the rest of the world.

Why is shipping free to only USA and Australia?

Our suppliers make use of a postal service called 'ePacket' which is an agreement between the US Postal Service and Hong Kong Post. The goal is to increase international ecommerce sales for China. It allows for faster ePacket delivery of products coming from China and Hong Kong to the United States. 'ePacket' also delivers certain items to Australia.

Where do the products come from?

We work with our suppliers in China and Hong Kong to source quality products at an affordable price.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow between 2-4 weeks. However the majority of our orders arrive within 13-20 days.

Deliveries to some parts of Europe, Africa and the Middle East may take longer than 4 weeks depending on the individual postal systems of specific countries in those regions. Please get in touch with us if you'd like a more accurate delivery estimate for a country within those regions.

Can I get express shipping?

To be able to provide free shipping to the USA and Australia, our suppliers use a simple shipping method which provides a consistent and reliable level of service called 'ePacket' (see above).

If you would like faster shipping, please get in touch with us before purchasing stating how quickly you would like your parcel. We will check with our suppliers and provide you with an express shipping quote. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes we do. However please be aware some postal services charge more at time of collection for a package that does not fit into your PO box.

When will my order be shipped?

Our supplier will generally pack and send within 24-48 hours of payment being received.

How can I track my parcel?

You will receive a shipping dispatch email with a tracking code once your parcel is dispatched. You will also receive regular email updates when your parcel is in transit, and upon delivery.

Your tracking number may take 24-48 hours to become active.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Depends on the postal service in your home country. But as a general rule most deliveries can be made any time between 7.00am and 9.00pm.

Will a signature be needed for my delivery?

Depends on the policies of the mail service in your home country. If you normally have to sign for parcels, then it is likely that you will have to sign.

What if I am not home when my parcel is delivered?

The delivery driver will leave a card with instructions on how and where you can collect your parcel from.

Can you deliver to a different address rather than my billing address?

Yes. Your parcel will be delivered to your shipping address, which can be different from your billing address.

If your shipping address is a company address, please specify the floor level and the company name in the billing address.

What if my parcel does not arrive?

Please wait patiently for 4 days after the promised delivery date in case there is a slight delay.

If you have still not received your order after this period, please contact us at or call Australia (07) 5610 2120 / USA (971) 288 0144, with the details of your order and tracking number and we will do our best to track your parcel.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

Customs and Import Duties are dependent upon your home country.

Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
